Self-Paced Courses:

If you are not satisfied with a self-paced course, you may request a refund within 5 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 15% of the course material.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Live Instructor-Led Courses:

If you wish to withdraw from a live instructor-led course, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to the course start date to receive a 60% refund.
No refunds will be granted after the course has started or if you have attended any of the live sessions.

Course Bundle Purchases:

If you have purchased a bundle of multiple courses, the refund policy will apply to the entire bundle purchase.
Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not permitted.

2. Non-Course Purchases:

For purchases of non-course products or services (e.g., ebooks, webinars, consultations), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the purchase date.
