TechXyte Refund Policy
At TechXyte, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and resources to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Course Refunds:
Self-Paced Courses:
-
If you are not satisfied with a self-paced course, you may request a refund within 5 days of your purchase date.
-
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 15% of the course material.
-
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Live Instructor-Led Courses:
-
If you wish to withdraw from a live instructor-led course, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to the course start date to receive a 60% refund.
-
No refunds will be granted after the course has started or if you have attended any of the live sessions.
Course Bundle Purchases:
-
If you have purchased a bundle of multiple courses, the refund policy will apply to the entire bundle purchase.
-
Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not permitted.
2. Non-Course Purchases:
For purchases of non-course products or services (e.g., ebooks, webinars, consultations), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the purchase date.
3. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [support email] with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
